Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward and will announce when available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Please allow additional time during peak seasons and holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your link.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take up to 72 hours to reflect movement after shipment. If it has been more than 5 business days with no updates please reach out to us at trihomie@trihomie.com and we will look into it for you.
Orders and Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel please contact us immediately at trihomie@trihomie.com. Once processing has begun we cannot guarantee modifications.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. TriHomie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us right away if you notice an error.
Damaged Items and Replacements
What if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at trihomie@trihomie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love every purchase. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if your item arrives damaged or defective we will make it right with a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
