Refund & Exchange Policy
At TriHomie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with what you bring into your space. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with an exchange or replacement.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We offer exchanges or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, provide photo or video evidence, and the item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
No Refunds on Non-Defective Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, preference-related returns, normal wear and tear, or customer-caused damage. All non-defective purchases are considered final sale.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or customs office (for international orders). If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at trihomie@trihomie.com
Return Shipping
For approved defective or damaged items, TriHomie covers replacement shipping costs. Customers are not required to return defective items unless requested.
International Orders & Duties
TriHomie ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Processing Times
Exchange requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days after proof is submitted.
